The best staff, they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and more. They listen I never experienced anything like it. I was born and raised in Boston. I cried like a baby having to leave my family. But this hotel made me cry more now. Every hotel isn't perfect. I mean, we all need a little tiny. Touch-ups and that's what I think. But what they do is make the best out of everything. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form. You will sleep comfortably. You will have a comfortable bed. You will have a clean room. You will have whatever you need and that's the truth. The location was great, being just off Route 3. It was also reasonably quiet, and was good for doing my work undisturbed. Internet was solid. The kitchen had a spacious fridge. I used the toaster and the microwave a lot. Bed was comfortable. (I had the queen suite). Staff was always helpful.

We were surprised of Sonesta's updated facility since our last visit four years ago. We had opted for other locations because the facility was shabby. This visit was excellent. Staff provided an early storage of handbags and luggage. The room was very comfortable. Although we didn't cook, we notice missing silverware etc. The new look included a cleanup and a change of location for snacks etc. Well done!

Having a kitchenette was a huge plus. Staff was very friendly.. liked the recliner. While the AC was noisy, it was no different than the units many Hyatt hotels have

It was close to everywhere we needed to go. Bed was comfortable and the room was very nice. We were placed in a handicap room even though we didn’t need it so our room was on the first floor and that was nice.

Staff very accommodating, we needed an early check in. We prefer to a kitchen to facilitate heating up food or simple cooking of meals. This hotel provided a great atmosphere for that. Close to restaurants and shopping.
